Dean Maja Prskalo, Ph.D., and Mayor Ljubo Bešlić, B.S.M.E., signed a Cooperation Agreement today (on 28 February 2019), establishing a partnership relationship between the Faculty of Civil Engineering and the City of Mostar. The signing was also attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture University of Zagreb, Krunoslav Šmit, Ph.D.
Taking into account the importance of complementing the theoretical knowledge with practical one, this confirms the need and willingness to work together for the purpose of increasing the quality of educational and professional work. The goal of this cooperation is to organize student practice for students of undergraduate and graduate studies of civil engineering and architecture and urban planning according to identified needs of the Faculty, as well as cooperation in complementing theoretical knowledge with practical knowledge by involving students in working environment.
