At today's meeting of the UoM Management and faculty deans, president of the Student Union, UoM IT Center (SUMIT) and Quality Improvement and Assurance Office, it was concluded that the new academic year and teaching at the University of Mostar will be conducted in the classical form in accordance with epidemiological measures and recommendations.
In the first year of undergraduate studies, classes will begin in the classical form at all faculties, while in other years of undergraduate and graduate studies, instruction will be organized through a combined model, i.e. part of the teaching will be conducted in a classical manner, part online, and all in accordance with the possibilities of the faculties taking into account the epidemiological measures. Considering that each scientific area has its own specifics, each faculty will make decisions on the schedule and method of teaching in accordance with the above model.
Considering the large number of students in the first years, the ceremonial start of classes will be held online since it is not possible to organize such an event in accordance with current epidemiological measures, about which students will be notified in a timely manner.
